The spacious double room had air conditioning, a tv, a minibar, and a private bathroom with free toiletries. Breakfast was extensive, with freshly baked croissants and a variety of organic juices. Conveniently located just a few minutes from St Stephen's Cathedral, the atmosphere was peaceful despite being in the heart of the city.

Recently refurbished and immaculately clean place with very helpful and extremely hospitable staff from Bellman to House Cleaning to Front Desk and Concierge services. Nice hot breakfast and outstanding food. 20 km from Vienna International airport.

The breakfast was nice hot with daily fresh products, eggs cooked to order, fruit, and the restaurant was nice.

Although I only booked a single room I was given a very large double room. Although the decor was not my taste, it was equipped with everything you need and was extremely comfortable. The sleeping area could be closed off with curtains and a door, the bathroom was huge and the Stephansdom could be seen through the bathroom window.

Amazing place with great wi-fi, helpful staff, and comfortable rooms. They even helped me find my lost wallet during my first stay. I recommend it for a city trip experience.

Hotel staff very accommodating. Rooms very clean and large. Located right in the heart of the city. Housekeeper cleaned room daily with fresh linen and beds. We have a two year old which wrecked havoc on room she never complained.
Fair price for room staying in the city but you get killed with the exchange rate coming from the u.s.
